You can purchase it directly through Amazon.com, but Amazon keeps all but a few cents of the cost… however, if you purchase from the CreateSpace website (which Amazon provides), I get to keep some of the proceeds.
The CreateSpace website is still managed by Amazon & the purchase is exactly the same as through Amazon. The only difference is, they don’t advertise it & you can’t navigate to it from the Amazon home page, so really, only people I know would even know about this option.
